How to Measure for a Necklace or Choker
Use a long piece of string, and with one hand hold one of the ends and wrap the rest around your neck with the other hand where you want your necklace to come to. Measure the length of string on a ruler or yard stick to see how many inches you have for the length of the jewelry. As an alternative, you can use a sewing measuring tape to do the same thing directly.

The necklace is 36 inches in length.
Used in the necklace are natural Mother of Pearl Chips which are in various shades of white and light tan. The turquoise chips are strung on sterling silver wire. This piece has no clasp - it drapes over the head naturally.

The Mother of Pearl chips are approx 4x5MM each. The red coral and green aventurine beads are 8MM. The silver beads at each end are 4MM. The beads are strung on red Accu-Flex wire.
